Christmas and Thanksgiving are the holidays that I always take off from exercising, way too much other things going on those days!

such a cute photo of Allie! Merry 1st christmas to her! I totally get that feeling of skipping the workout on the holidays – i had to sit out of few on account of the kiddos but it was so worth it for those extra snuggles 😉
