I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Running Coach. I believe a healthy lifestyle is all about balance and I work with people to create small shifts that have a big impact on their health. I am passionate about, helping people feel better by learning how to take charge of their health starting with good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
