Enjoy the Moment

Constantly pushing ourselves to do more and be more can be a great thing, but sometimes it’s best to sit back, relax and enjoy the moment. For the next few days I’m going to be gentle with myself and I hope you can do the same. Since you can’t take the planner out of me – here is the plan:

  • Not setting alarm
  • Afternoon naps
  • Run and workout when I have the most energy
  • Taking a break from wedding planning
  • Read a new book
  • Watch a movie without looking at my phone
  • Stay in pjs as long as I want
  • Take a yoga class
  • Spend quality time with friends and family
  • Eat meals without distraction
  • Enjoy the silence
  • Enjoy the moment
