What makes you feel awesome? For me, it’s running, being with family and friends, being outdoors, completing my to-do list, helping someone in need, cuddling with my dog, and following my heart.
Instead of sitting around and thinking about what I want to accomplish (which I did most of yesterday), today I will do some things that make me feel awesome. First up: get off my butt, face the cold, and go for a run outside.
