I wore them for the Chicago Marathon this year. The big toe box and cushioning actually came in handy after I fractured the tip of my big toe in late October. I could still run comfortably in the Sayonaras. The only downside is the upper is wearing for me on the insides a bit faster than I’d like. Some of the fabric is torn and I have less than 200 miles on the shoe. I probably need to fix my form since I think my shoes are brushing each other when I run.
