Pregnancy Update – 35 Weeks

OMG, how am I already 35 weeks pregnant?! 5 Weeks or 35 days to go!

It was a busy week with clients and a few fun activities. My Mom and I went on a Chicago Architecture walking tour on Thursday. It was an Art Deco skyscraper tour that took us around downtown to see the art deco design in the exterior and interior of Chicago’s beautiful skyscrapers. We had a lot of fun and the tour was early enough in the day where it wasn’t too hot and it finished just in time for us to go to my Mom’s favorite Mexican restaurant, Nevo Leon for lunch.

On Saturday, Tony and I took a long walk to Glenview’s farmers market and the Historic Wagnar Farm that’s across the street. The farm is one of the last working dairy farms in Cook County and is open to the public. We saw a few animals, walked around the museum, and even saw them milk a cow.

  1. I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone! Only five weeks left – you are REALLY in the home stretch! I hope you had a fabulous baby shower today. Yay for Allie’s mattress arriving in the mail. I love those architecture tours, they are incredibly eye-opening for all the gorgeous buildings that we have in Chicago. I’ve never been to Nuevo Leon but have been wanting to check it out!
