I am thrilled to be starting Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp tomorrow. The bootcamp is an 8 week fitness program with 5 workouts of about an hour in length per week.
My Goals:
- Gain muscle
- Become more comfortable in the weight room
- Strengthen my leg muscles to get ready to train for Boston
- Learn to enjoy a new type of exercise
