Lillie turned 6 months a couple of weeks ago! And she’s still our perfect angel baby. I seriously don’t know how I got so lucky. She’s been sleeping through the night for a month now. She goes to bed at 6:30pm and wakes up around 6:30am most mornings.
We started giving her solids two weeks ago. The first week she wanted nothing to do with it and spit everything out. I had to open her lips to get the food in. LOL But the last couple of days she’s been loving sweet potatoes, banana and toast. I’m doing a mix of purees and baby led weaning.
She started getting on her knees right after you turned 6 months and now rocks and scoots herself forward a little. She isn’t crawling yet, but I think it will happen soon. She also likes to sleep with her knees under her.
Likes:
- being held by mommy
- getting up on her knees and rocking
- sleeping every 2-3 hours
- sleeping on her tummy
- watching Allie and Logan play
Dislikes:
- being hungry
- being tired
- her jumper
- not being picked up
- chunky food
She is wearing size 2 diapers and 3-6 month clothes. She was 13.5 pounds at her 6 month well visit.
