Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. We were really busy and active this past week and weekend. I averaged 18-20k steps every single day. Right now I have tons of energy during the day, but by 6pm I’m exhausted and remember I’m pregnant.
Pregnancy Update – 22 Weeks
22 weeks down and 18 to go! Baby is the size of a spaghetti squash. At my ultrasound last Thursday they said he weighed 1 pound and was 50 percentile.
How far along? 22 weeks + 2 days
Due date? October 7, 2017
Baby’s size? Baby is the size of a spaghetti squash.
Monday: 2 mile run + Stroller Strides
Tuesday: 2 mile walk + Stroller Strides
Wednesday: 2 mile run + Stroller Strides
Thursday: 4 mile run + Stroller Strides
Friday: 2 mile run + Stroller Strides + 2 hour family walk
Saturday: 5 miles – Week 1 of Marathon Training with CES
Sunday: Rest day, but went for a 2 hour walk
Week 1 of Marathon Training
Maternity clothes? Yes, except wearing regular workout clothes.
Sleep: Sleeping well and still aiming for 10 hours each night.
Best moment this week: Going for a long family walk on Friday afternoon and stopping at the Glenview Dairy Bar. It was Allie’s first time having ice cream!
Miss Anything? Running fast.
Movement: Anytime I sit down I feel this baby move.
Food cravings: Eggs and fruit.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing this week! 
Gender: Male
Name: WE HAVE DECIDED ON A NAME! Baby boy will be named Logan Henry.
Symptoms: My running pace is getting slower and my baby bump is getting bigger.
Belly Button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody: Happy 99% of the time, unless I get overtired or really hungry.
Looking forward to: Going to Colorado to visit family on Father’s Day weekend.

Will Allie sit in the stroller for 2 hour walks? I’m lucky if Amelia will sit for 45 minutes now, she would rather walk!
Thank you, Emily! Allie has been trained to be in the stroller a lot because of my running and stroller stride classes. I always let her play/run around before and after so she can get her energy out. On long walks, we usually stop at a park for her to play half way through the walk.
