I loved seeing this Tip of the Day from Runner’s World. I would love to qualify for Boston again this year, but my number one goal is to STAY HEALTHY. I want to run for the rest of my life and this tip was a good reminder of that.
Are you making sure you stay healthy this year?
Great advice. Since I had three long injury timeouts in 2013, I need to focus on staying healthy and let the PRs come naturally instead of forcing them! ๐
