Exercise makes me happy. I completed Day 1 of Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp this morning and it gave me a pep in my step all day. Exercise gives me energy and makes me feel accomplished. I haven’t followed a training plan in 6 months because of my pelvis stress fracture and dang have I missed it! I can’t wait to get to bed so I can wake up and complete day 2.
